COMMUNITY TERMS

While no space is ever fully safe, we collectively work towards creating a safer space for everyone. By joining Brand Camp you agree to use gender-inclusive and non-appropriative language (no use of ladies, tribe, etc.), honor everyone’s pronouns, and being mindful of everyone’s unique lived experiences and privileges, including your own. Everyone is an expert on their own business, brand, lives and experience. We hold and honor everyone’s truth.

This is a private community created for communal growth and while outright hatred will result in removal of the program, we actively seek mediation and education as first steps because growth requires space to address the uncomfortable.

By agreeing to these terms you agree to create an inclusive space for all and are open to being called in if and when harm is caused.


LEGAL TERMS

1. There is a NO REFUNDS policy.
By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge that no one has represented to you that refunds are available. Even if you cannot participate for any reason, you will continue to be billed according to the schedule in Section 1 of this Agreement through the end of the Term. Kristy Black Creative considers this policy a material inducement to entering into this Agreement, and would not have done so unless this No Refunds policy were included. If you initiate a chargeback, Kristy Black Creative may issue an additional $250 fee to you.
